Join Victoria Lambert, Heritage Assistant to uncover "A perfect Dream of Delight" : Discover Eastbourne from 1877 to 1896, Lewis Carroll's very own Wonderland.
Follow in the footsteps of Lewis Carroll, who for 19 years spent his summers in Eastbourne, and explore the places he visited, the sights he saw and the people he met. Using his diary entries, personal letters and our collection of local images, we can create a picture of the late 19th century town and how it evolved into the ideal place for Carroll to escape from his normal, city life.
|Sat 17 Jun 2017||14:30 to 16:00|
